The employees were very helpful and offered great services. We thoroughly enjoyed a nice size and brand-new room with a fabulous seaview. The breakfast was freshly prepared and hot with authentic Thai food and also an absolute abundance, so much to pick from.

Useful base for exploring Khao Lak. Newly decorated and good sized units with the garden and a jacuzzi, for instance. Simple check-in, late check-out. The pool area was amazing too. Great and brilliant location to Fantastic.

Had an excellent stay outside town. The breakfast was fantastic and lovely with lots of fresh food. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room was high quality with a perfect view. The hotel was in a stunning location directly on the beach. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Satang Restaurant, which was only a 10-minute walk away.

High-class, huge room with a separate bathroom and a Jacuzzi and toiletries. Exceptionally nice location and absolutely superb breakfast with an absolute abundance and an egg chef, as example...

The hotel is perfect, with incredibly beautiful views over the gardens. The room had a large bathroom and was well-equipped. They offer a lot of products for a freshly cooked and warm breakfast. The setting in the tropical area is magnificent and stunning.

We had a fantastic 8-day stay at Ramada! The location right on the beach was perfect, and our room with a balcony was excellent. We loved the variety and quality of the breakfast and dinner options offered. The large swimming pool and plenty of loungers were a great plus. The staff at the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant were all friendly and provided excellent service. We didn't even feel the need to leave the hotel as the food was wonderful. The beach and sunset were beautiful, and we'll definitely be staying here again.

The staff was very servic-minded. The internett was free. It was nice when the children was playing at the childrens-room we parents could sitt in the "cafe" and see the children.

We stayed in the 3th floor and we have a baby-troller. It was no lift so we had to carry it up and down.

Great location, staff and rooms. Free transfer from my other hotel in Khao Lak to Ramada. Reasonable prices, I went there in October and did not see the sun for 4 days but if you go there outside monsoon, you will have the trip of a lifetime.

I stayed at the Oasis superior room, close to the reception area. Which was somewhat noisy after 7-8 am due to people outside the area.

Extremely friendly staff, very good location next to the beach, prices in hotel (i.e. pool bar) are not exaggerated, also many smaller restaurants and supermarkets nearby

Rooms smelled a bit chemical at the beginning.

The hotel is located close to some very nice local beach restaurants with sunbeds etc. There are also several local restaurants in walking distance where we like to support the local business. the hotel is close to the nearby waterfalls which was in cycling distance.

The front desk service lacked communication and didn't inform us of the billing issues with the website we booked through.
